Terms of Service

Welcome to RavenousMC. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — if you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. The Service

RavenousMC ("we", "us") provides hosted Minecraft server infrastructure operated from our facility in Washington State, United States. The service includes server provisioning, storage, network connectivity, backups, and the management panel at panel.ravenousmc.com.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your credentials private; if you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately. You must provide accurate billing information and a valid payment method.

3. Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the start of each billing period until canceled.
• Prepaid plans end at the specified term and do not auto-renew.
• Tax is computed at checkout based on your billing address.
• Refunds: subscription cancellations stop future charges immediately but do not refund the current period. Prepaid plans are non-refundable after the first 24 hours.

4. Non-payment

If a subscription payment fails, your server enters a 24-hour grace period. After 24 hours of non-payment, the server is suspended. After 72 hours, the server and its world data are permanently deleted.

5. Acceptable Use

Your use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload (worlds, plugins, mods, configs). We don't claim any rights to your content. You're responsible for ensuring the content you upload doesn't infringe third-party rights.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Unforeseen outages (hardware failure, network incidents, force majeure) may cause downtime; we work to restore service as quickly as practical.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost worlds, lost players, or lost revenue.

9. Termination

You can cancel any server at any time from the panel. We may suspend or terminate your account for AUP violations, non-payment, or as required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kittitas County, Washington.
